AIP – Authorized Instructor Program – formerly called TtT – Train the Trainer –

AIP’s are authorized instructors to outside industry only and allowed to train direct employees only. Non Educational Partners are allowed to deliver specific ENSA courses as defined by their AIP agreement.

CIP Educational partners are allowed to train outside industry the AIP course program. AIP’s are not allowed to train employees to be Authorized Instructors unless they fulfill the RITR (Recognized Instructor Trainer requirements as outlined by ENSA.

This level of “partnership allows the AIP organization to educate, train and market internally to employees and through the company website their certifications as an ENSA AIP. The AIP Partner represents ENSA as it relates to their work-at-height course offering in Wind and/or Telecom and is the exclusive Authorized Instructor provider of ENSA specific course training.
