The ENSA APE Silverback has proven to be “The” Go-to Micro Rescue System in the market. ENSA officially launched the APE (Assisted-rescue Personal Evacuation) System at the AWEA Wind Power Show in Las Vegas this last May.
ENSA was on full display at the Wind Power show with their 30′ Mobile Training Tower along with ENSA Instructors and CIP (College Instructors) providing live demonstrations to attendees of the APE Systems and Silverback units.
Attendees under supervision climbed the tower, learned how to work with the pre-rigged 6:1 Silverback system and than descended on the APE D2.
“The APE is designed to be just this easy to use. Combined with ENSA training, the APE Silverback system has proven itself. I designed the APE to answer the concerns that companies want to have a rescue system on their climber at all times, is lightweight, no advanced rigging training required and can be deployed in seconds”, says Rob Siegel, Director of ENSA.
